Payments

O'Connors uses encrypted SSL payment systems verified by DigiCert Inc to ensure secure transactions on our website.

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal Payments via our encrypted service.

Delivery

On receipt of payment O'Connors Irish Crafts will endevour to ship your product as soon as possible and usually on the day of purchase or very next day.  Deliveries are made by An Post, or for larger items by a Tracked Courier service.

Returns

Before returning an unwanted or damaged item, please email us at oconnorsirishcrafts@gmail.com  We would recommend that you use a tracked service for more expensive items to ensure their safe receipt. 

Damaged Goods will be refunded in full on receipt of the item.

Unwanted Goods will be refunded excluding any postage costs and should be notified to us within 14 days of receiving the item.
